WE WILL RELY ON THIS PERSON TO

• Diagnose and repair any brake, suspension and light duty components

• Be on-time, presentable and maintain a tidy work space

• Work as part of a team

• Perform other duties as instructed by your manager

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

• Expect 3-5 jobs per day

• We offer base pay per day with 5 and 6 day options

• Your first appointments will begin at 9 am and last at 3:30 - 5 pm

• Bonus structures are put into place to reward performance and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles

• You must be proficient with working on brake pads, rotors, brake shoes and drums, brake calipers, and flushing brake systems. Additional suspension repair knowledge is a bonus.

• Efficiency is key to success. You’ll need to prioritize your time on-site to ensure a safe diagnosis and repair.

• ASE Certification is highly preferred
